**Please Read before requesting to lead a group!**

Once a prospective Group Leader fills out the form below, the countdown starts:

6 Weeks From 1st Meeting
(Once Group is approved, this is what takes place behind the scenes)
- Create Group in Planning Center
- Calendar/Room/Childcare Reservations
- Registrations/Signup Creation
- Promotion starts
- Group Leader/ Childcare Informational Meeting

The week before
- Give FINAL childcare numbers to Childcare Coordinator

 
- Adhering to our Group Leadership Policy.
- Notifying the Groups Director and Childcare Coordinator of breaks, weeks off, or any other group stoppage.

As much as we'd like to, Home Church isn't able to accommodate EVERY person that wants to start a group. A request might be denied or postponed due to limited room availability, scheduling, childcare availability, short notices, insufficient information provided, identical groups/studies already taking place, or other circumstances.
